No. The hardware (self-ordering kiosk, system, app) is provided free of charge by TapGo. No hidden fees, no leasing, no surprise bills.
We charge CHF 0.50 per order, up to a maximum of CHF 299/month. Whether you place 600 or 6,000 orders, you’ll never pay more than CHF 299/month. It’s simple, transparent, and fair.
Yes. You can cancel at any time with 3 months’ notice. If you stop, we’ll take back our equipment at no cost to you.
Our goal is to help you succeed. If, despite everything, the volume is insufficient (e.g., fewer than 10 orders/day over several weeks), we can take back the equipment and install it elsewhere, at no cost to you.
On average, 2 weeks after registration. We send you the equipment, you install the app via the Apple Store or Google Play, and you fill out a simple form to send us your menu. We take care of the rest.
Yes. Our support is 100% digital (WhatsApp, email, chat) for maximum responsiveness. We’ll support you every step of the way, from installation to daily management.
